Tigran Karapetyan (Board Chairman)
Tigran Karapetyan is a founder of the Company and has broad investment advisory experience with focus on M&A, investment management, capital markets and corporate governance. He has over 40 years’ cumulative experience advising public and private institutions and individuals on a variety of legal and business matters, such as corporate law, finance and governance, private equity investments and venture capital, valuation, debt IPOs, securitization, financial and corporate sector regulatory and policy reforms.
Before joining the private sector in January 2002, he served as the Deputy Chairman of the Securities Commission of Armenia following a successful career at the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Armenia. He was also working for USAID’s Financial Sector Deepening Project as a Team Leader
He studied engineering and economics at the State Engineering University of Armenia. He has PhD in Economics from Armenian Economic Research Institute and was visiting fellow at Cambridge University (UK) in the field of Corporate Finance. He has also earned professional diploma of FT’s Board Director Program (UK).
Since 2010 he has performed a portfolio of non-executive roles, including 5 years as independent director of the EBRD’s portfolio companies. He is a Chairman of Corporate Governance Center and founding Board Member of Armenian Institute of Directors. He also has over 25 years’ experience in teaching, and currently is lecturing at Yerevan State University.

Hovhannes Petrosyan (Board Member)
Hovhaness Petrosyan is an independent board member of the Company. He is a founding partner and director of PHP Partners CJSC, a local accounting firm. Before establishment of PHP Partners CJSC, H. Petrosyan was a senior manager at KPMG Armenia CJSC and supervised the Department of Accounting Advisory Services. Before joining KPMG Armenia CJSC, he was the Head of the Accounting and Audit Methodology General Department of the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Armenia. During the successful carrier at the Ministry, from August 1993 to October 2002, H. Petrosyn was the leader of accounting sector policy reforms in Armenia.

Narine Melikyan (Board Member)
Narine Melikyan is a member of the board of Capital Asset Management CJSC.
She is an experienced professional in corporate governance, social responsibility, and anti-corruption compliance. She has more than twenty years of experience in consulting private organizations on the corporate governance and corporate law.
Narine Melikyan has led a number of research and grant projects, and she has also been involved in them as an expert. She was a member of the working group developing the RA Corporate Governance Code (2010), as well as the author and leader of the authors’ group of the revised RA Corporate Governance Code’s draft.
Narine Melikyan has two qualifications: she is an economist with her first education, and a lawyer with the second one. She is a PhD in Economics. Narine passed training courses organized by a range of prestigious international institutions (The New Economic School, Economics Education and Research Consortium, OECD, WB, IFC, ecoDa).
The scope of her professional interests includes the issues concerning corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, sustainable development, ESG, economic development, financial markets and investments.
Narine Melikyan is an author of more than 50 articles, as well as professional literature on corporate governance. She is a lecturer at Yerevan State University.
She was recently named a recipient of Diligent Corporation 2020 Modern Governance 100.

Alik Arakelyan (Chief Executive Officer)
Alik Arakelyan was born on September 24, 1981. He graduated from the department of Analysis and Management of Securities Market in Faculty of Finance of Yerevan State University of Economics. He started his activities in 2006 in Capital Asset Management CJSC as an internal supervisor. He has also worked at the Corporate Governance Center Foundation as a project coordinator and expert.
A.Arakelyan was a broker-dealer at Capital Investments CJSC starting August 2007, fulfilling his tasks and responsibilities with due care. He has been the Chief Executive Officer of Capital Asset Management CJSC since 2015.
He has a relevant qualification for the head of the fund manager executive body issued by the RA Central Bank.

Narine Balasanyan (Internal Auditor)
Narine Balasanyan was born on April 19, 1973. She graduated from the Faculty of Management and Economic Relations of the Yerevan State Institute of National Economy in 1995. She has been an applicant of Financial Markets and Institutions chair of the Armenian State University of Economics since 2010.
Narine has extensive experience working in the public-private sector regulating the securities market. She started her career (in 1995) in the Securities Inspectorate of RA Ministry of Finance, and then continued in the Department of Corporate Finance of RA Securities Commission, holding positions of leading and chief specialists. She worked as a Chief Specialist-Analyst at Cascade Investments CJSC within 2007-2009. She is an experienced professional in securities market and corporate finance. She has been teaching at Armenian State University of Economics since 2004. She is an author of scientific articles, co-author of the Securities Market textbook and a Collection of Tasks, Tests, Problems.
Narine has a relevant qualification for an internal auditor of a fund manager issued by RA Central Bank.

Armine Khachatryan (Custodian-Registrar)
Armine Khachatryan was born on 16 November, 1997. She is an economist: she studied at Armenian State University of Economics and Athens University of Economics and Business; she holds a master’s degree.
A.Khachatryan works in Capital Asset Management CJSC as a registrar-custodian.
Project management, securities markets, corporate governance, financial and cryptocurrency markets are in the scope of her professional interests.
Armine has a relevant qualification for a physical person providing investment services on behalf of a person offering investment services issued by Union of Banks of Armenia.
